Tiff Randol 05.14.11 @ Fontana's NYC As one of the great just-bubbling-under-the mainstream talents of the past decade, Tiff used to rock out regularly in NYC as the frontwoman of that legendary party band of The Aughts, Valeze. Now having taken her talents to the Left Coast and L.A., she's morphed from underground Gwen Stefani to underground Stevie Nicks, bringing an inevitable and welcome maturity to her prodigious song-writing. As someone who used to see her in full-on Rainbow Brite ensembles, I can't say which version is better, but know that like a shark, Tiff just wouldn't be Tiff if she stopped moving forward. tiffanyrandol.com |
