The Revere 05.05.11 @ Fontana's NYC Philly's The Revere play rock loud, fast, and with an abandon that borders on sanctified and holy, especially on their best songs, like the transcendent Ashia. They're the type of band that you want to see twice and thrice, because on repeated viewings, the intricacy of their music really comes through the sonic assault. No joke, if Muse were rootsy and grew up in the suburbs of Pennsylvania, they may just have started out like The Revere. therevere.net |
