@ Fontana's NYC Back in March 2007, I remember booking a band at Pianos that blew all of our minds, cutting through a partying-induced fog, which was quite a feat to accomplish at the time. Out of Denver had come The Photo Atlas, clean cut and fresh sounding daring our famously cynical crowds to stand up and pay attention. 4 years later, I was stoked to be able to host them for this last-minute showcase-type show at Fontana's. I was further stoked to see that they've kept up the good fight, sounding even harder and just as urgent. Truly some of the nicest guys in the business, if the music gods (whoever they are now) have any sense of justice, their years of hard slogging and high gas prices will have a glorious payoff and soon.
