Laura Burhenn 08.19.04 @ Pianos NYC April 28, 2011 These days my friend Laura has become what those of us stuck at the twin poles of her seemingly never-ending DC-NYC back-and-forth treks knew she'd be one day - an absolute shooting star of the brightest magnitude. After cutting her teeth playing out as a solo artist (with her own record label no less) with a backing band, she started making bigger waves as part of Georgie James then after moving to Omaha, the land of Saddle Creek now leads the amazing Mynabirds.
