I believe the reason 90's college radio bands enjoy such success in their second acts is that they bring to life again the songs that have been played countless times on the cassette car radios and walkmen of losers like me.  They're the living sonic embodiment of my personal life's soundtrack and seeing that music played live is the closest thing that I'll get to reliving those gloriously confusing days; all the good and bad of them.  Scientists have proven that adrenaline burns the imprint of memories in our brains to the point that we remember emotionally charged times like no other.   Every classic Archers song brings with it it's own parade of seared experiences.  From Wrong to Web in Front to Lowest Part is Free, it seemed like my life in retrospect was a combination of Slacker and Singles, and who knows, maybe it actually was.  And nights and shows like this help me make believe for that much little bit longer.
